i just was a little unclear as to what that was i'll i'll check on that that that came in from

our architects um i'll make a note and get back to you about that okay and we can vote these today

but if we need to to revote the one with a revised plan um we can we can do that yeah

plan maybe did i miss plans and elevation they were they were submitted they were submitted

separately i don't know um mr consul i don't know if you have them handy but we did receive

he did receive copies of plans for both properties i don't i didn't see anything presented though

that's one let me see back in there joe put them up one second that was for uh two three

two three two eight was the one where we were revised elevation plan was submitted so that's

where i was just a little confused if there were revisions that that needed to have board review

have board review and approval um checking my archives all right so here is the floor plan

for two three three eight i'll see if i can find what you're looking for i realized that i hadn't

put the floor plan up in my presentation but that should be on this wait actually i gotta

here's the floor plan but tell me if this is what you're referring to say that's the two three two

eight floor plan and I got one more you said elevations so she mentioned revised elevations

that's why I was like well I don't remember seeing anything

that appears to be an elevation plan

was this what that may have been it i have to and may that may have been i have to go back and

look because there was a few a few different pages of plans but i just remember there was

one it was specifically labeled updated elevation so i didn't know if there were

changes that that needed to be addressed yeah or if it was just correction or something

yeah i'm not seeing that in my file right this second um but these are two story plans that

will match the roof line uh to to the extent you know i can get you over whatever you're looking

for um okay yeah no problem we can communicate offline thank you um board member johns did you

see what you wanted to see with the plans thank you what what we had questions or comments from

the virtual audience there are no hands chair planning commission thank you chairman and good

evening gave it effector with the city planning commission chairman and board members the

comprehensive plan recommends a change in zoning at this location from rm1 residential multifamily

to RSA 5 residential single family. The appellant is building income-restricted homes on subdivided

lots previously owned by the Philadelphia Housing Authority as part of the city's Turn the Key

program. The appellant requests dimensional variances for lot size and lot width. The

proposed undersized lots will match the character of the lots on this block face, which range in

size between approximately 830 square feet and 850 square feet. The City Planning Commission

recommends the Board grant the dimensional variances for 2328 and 2338 Seibert Street.
