As you know, on October 17th at 6 p.m., we held a public meeting between Mr. Germain and the owners of the project and the public who were notified by the attorney.

We only got two neighbors on, but I did speak to them.

Um, it is our opinion that, uh, considering the fact that they maintain their garage and exterior, uh, uh, surface parking spots, added two additional surface parking spots, the, the, um, the enclosure in the front and the raising of the roof on the side, meet the style and type of the existing structure.

and that most of the neighbors that I spoke to

and the board of the Civic Association feel that this adds to

and does not distract from the neighborhood

and is not, from our understanding,

is not intended to turn a single-family home into a multifamily dwelling.

we request that the zoning board approve this project thank you very much mr horn we appreciate
