Recorded conditions
Door should be a square head door with a rose light transom, not an arched doorway with a fanlight. Shutters on the second and third floors should be louvered with the rail lowered. Window at the dormer should be six over six. Steel beam over the present shop window should be retained and covered with a brick balustrade. Exterior steps should be either marble or present concrete, not concrete. Proposed first floor shopwindow rendering is acceptable.
