The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2000 within the Grants Revenue Fund. FROM: 8.20 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - PROVISION FOR OTHER GRANTS Advances and Other Miscellaneous Payments $ 3,400,000 Total $ 3,400,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 3,400,000 TO: 8.7 POLICE DEPARTMENT Personal Services $ 1,000,000 Total $ 1,000,000 8.15 DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES - OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SHELTER AND SERVICES Materials, Supplies and Equipment $ 500,000 Total $ 500,000 8.28 BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE FREE LIBRARY OF PHILADELPHIA Personal Services $ 290,000 Purchase of Services $ 300,000 Materials, Supplies and Equipment. $ 1,310,000 Total $ 1,900,000 Total "TO" Section $ 3,400,000 Section 2.
