..Title Amending Section 9-402 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Animal Drawn Carriages," by authorizing the Department of Streets to make temporary alterations to the approved routes for animal drawn carriages; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-402 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §9-402. Animal Drawn Carriages. * * * (4) Carriage Routes. * * * (c) The Department of Streets may temporarily alter approved routes as it deems necessary due to construction or other circumstances that may arise. * * * ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
