..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement to lease to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for further sublease to Leadership Learning Partners Charter School, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, certain land located at 901-47 North Marshall Street and 910-48 North Sixth Street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to enter into a lease agreement ("Lease") to lease to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID") certain land located at 901-47 North Marshall Street and 910-48 North Sixth Street ("Land"), which Land PAID shall sublease to Leadership Learning Partners Charter School, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, under a sublease agreement ("Sublease"), and which Lease and Sublease shall conform with the terms and conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, with such other terms and conditions as the City Solicitor deems necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the City. SECTION 2. The Chief Clerk of City Council shall keep on file all exhibits referenced in this Ordinance and shall make them available for inspection by the public during regular office hours.
