..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020430), approved November 13, 2002 entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 312 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Jackson Street from Pearson Street o Aubrey Street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020430) is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by November 13, 2004. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the cost thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law. ______________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
