..Title Authorizing the construction of sewers and appurtenant work in a portion of right-of-way for drainage, sewer and water main purposes in the bed of a private street known as Blakiston Lane. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of a sanitary sewer and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide a public sanitary sewer, in the following location: Right-of-way for drainage, sewer and water main purposes in the bed of a private street known as "Blakiston Lane" from Frankford Avenue to 358 feet northwest of Frankford Avenue ..End
