..Title Authorizing the construction of a sanitary sewer and appurtenant work in a proposed right-of-way for drainage and sewer purposes from Springbank Street to an existing drainage right-of-way (former Park Line Road). ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of a sanitary sewer and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sanitary sewers, in the following locations: A proposed right-of-way for drainage and sewer purposes from Springbank Street to an existing drainage right-of-way (former Park Line Road) ..End
