..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020716) approved January 23, 2003, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 197 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Wensley Street from the southeasterly line of the Delaware Expressway (I-95) more or less, to a point approximately one hundred eighty-three (183) feet southeastwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020716) approved January 23, 2003 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within two (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by January 23, 2007. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law. _____________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
