..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for nominal consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to a certain tract of City-owned land with the buildings and improvements thereon located at 2501-2515 South Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for further conveyance at fair market value. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for nominal consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to the following described tract of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon for further conveyance at fair market value: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, SITUATE in the 30th Ward of the City of Philadelphia, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, BOUNDED and described in accordance with a Plan of Property made by Ben H. Joseph, Surveyor and Regulator of the 3rd District, dated 5/15/1957 as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the Southerly side of Naudain Street (40 feet wide) and the Westerly side of 25th Street (50 feet wide); thence extending Southwardly along the Westerly side of 25th Street, 154 feet to the Northerly side of South Street (51 feet wide); thence extending Westwardly along the Northerly side of South Street, 166 feet to a point, which last mentioned point is at the distance of 134 feet measured Eastwardly along the Northerly side of South Street from the Easterly side of 26th Street; thence extending Northwardly on a line parallel with 25th and 26th Streets, partly through the walls between these premises and the premises adjoining on the West, 154 feet to a point on the Southerly side of Naudain Street; thence extending Eastwardly along the same, 166 feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning. BEING ASSESSED AS 2501-2515 South Street. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interest of the City and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. SECTION 3. Net proceeds from the sale of this property shall be deposited in the City's General Fund. ..End
