..Title Amending Section 14-1605 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulated Uses," by adding a definition for "Gun shop" and designating gun shops as regulated uses, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * CHAPTER 14-1600. MISCELLANEOUS. * * * § 14-1605. Regulated Uses. * * * (2) Definitions. * * * (v) Gun shop. Any retail store selling, leasing, purchasing or lending fire arms or ammunition. (3) Application.
