..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as a permissible location Aviator Park, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §9-213. Farmers' Markets. * * * (7) Permissible Locations: * * * (dd) Aviator Park, the area of land bounded by 20th Street on the west, Race Street on the south, and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway on the northeast. * * * ______________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
