..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the General Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the General Fund. FROM: 2.41 TO THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS Personal Services - Employee Benefits $220,000 Total $220,000 Total "FROM" Section $220,000 TO: 2.62 TO THE AUDITING DEPARTMENT Personal Services $ 80,000 Purchase of Services 140,000 Total $ 220,000 Total "TO" Section $ 220,000 SECTION 2.
