..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the Hotel Room Rental Tax Fund from the City Representative and the Director of Commerce to the Managing Director. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the Hotel Room Rental Tax Fund: FROM: 8.1 CITY REPRESENTATIVE AND THE DIRECTOR OF COMMERCE Personal Services $ 95,389 Total $ 95,389 Total "FROM" Section $ 95,389 TO: 8.2 MANAGING DIRECTOR Personal Services $ 95,389 Total $ 95,389 Total "TO" Section $ 95,389 Section 2.
