..Title Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by eliminating previously designated vendor locations on the East side of 5th Street, from Market Street to Ludlow Street and from Ranstead Street to Chestnut Street; by adding to the list of locations that shall not be designated for vending both sides of 5th Street, from Market street to Ludlow street, and Market street, from Fourth street to Fifth street; and by designating additional vendor locations on the east side of 5th Street, between Ranstead street and Chestnut street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Vendors in Center City is amended to read as follows: §9-204. Sidewalk Vendors in Center City. * * * (8) Vending Locations. (a) The following vendor locations are hereby designated as locations from which vending shall be permitted, provided Council shall not ever designate more than 300 such locations in all of Center City: * * * [5TH MARKET LUDLOW EAST 1] [5TH RANSTEAD CHESTNUT EAST 1] 5th RANSTEAD LUDLOW EAST 1 5TH LUDLOW CHESTNUT EAST 1 * * * (b) No blockface at the following locations shall be designated as a location at which vending shall be permitted: * * * (.4) Market street, from [Fifth]Fourth street to City Hall; * * * (.11) 5th Street, from Market Street to Ludlow Street. * * * SECTION 2.
