..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 090468) approved November 4, 2009, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 55 by striking from the City Plan Duncan Street from Aramingo Avenue to The Delaware Expressway and reserving and by placing on the City Plan, and authorizing City acceptance of, a right-of-way for drainage purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of Duncan Street being stricken, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein. ..Body WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 090468) approved November 4, 2009 was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval; and WHEREAS, It is desirable to extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; now, therefore THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 090468) approved November 4, 2009 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within two (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by November 4, 2013: * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two-hundred dollars ($200.00), toward costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one-hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law. ______________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
