..Title Confirming the appointment of Marcel S. Pratt, Esq., as City Solicitor. ..Body WHEREAS, Mayor James F. Kenney has appointed Marcel S. Pratt, Esq., as City Solicitor; and WHEREAS, Section 3-203 of the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council for the appointment of the City Solicitor; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby consents to and confirms the appointment of Marcel S. Pratt, Esq., as the City Solicitor. ..End
