..Title Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by exempting sidewalk sales by owners and tenants of properties on both sides of Twenty-second street, between Lehigh avenue and Allegheny avenue, and by permitting such activity under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS. * * * §9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (2) Exemptions. The provisions of this Section shall not apply to: * * * (e) Subsection (d) shall apply to owners and tenants of properties at the following locations: * * * (.3) Both sides of Twenty-second street between Lehigh avenue and Allegheny avenue. * * * SECTION 2.
