Roberts, " This was approved as a partial restoration with the following comments:- Although the survey does not mention a pent eave, this detail was common in houses of this period and style, and the Commission recommends that the structure be investi- gated for evidence of a penteave. If this exists, the pent should be restored. A water table would also have been part of the original fabric, in the opinion of the architects. This too should be restored. It is recommended that closure of the alley be more definit- ely defined by stepping the wall back of the arch to the depth of the thickness of the arch, rather than four inches as in- dicated in the drawing. The Commission looks forward to a total restoration of this building, complete with shutters. 772 S. Front Street Joseph Preissman, Architect This additional drawing for houses in Clymer Court, behind 772 S. Front Street is approved 506-508 S. Fifth Street Redevelopment Authority This request to demolish was reluctantly approved. 127 Queen Street Department of Licenses & Inspections. Due to the dangerous condition of this vacant structure, cited for violations by L&I, the Historical Commission agrees that this certified building may be demolished. It was approved that as soon as the shutters have been hung, the Commission will authorize the purchase of a plaque. The owner is to be encouraged and complimented for work already done. 306 S.
