As agreed at the regular meeting of the Architectural Committee of 16 August 1978, this special meeting was held to complete a recommendation by the Committee concerning the certification of the Midway Theater over the objection of the owners. All members of the Committee have viewed both the interior and the exterior of the building and those members present consider it of but marginal significance. The members of the Committee present and voting unanimously recommend to the Commission that no attempt be made to impose certification of the Theater against the wishes of the owners. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. Respectfully submitted, Richard Tyler Historian RTmk
