Mr. Mcsorley reported, regretfully, that a motion to accept the reei&'- nation of Dr, Nichols as Chairman of the Hiatbrical Commission ■881118 to be advisable due to Dr, lfichol8•e continuing Ulnen. Mr, MoSorley reminded the Members present that DrJ Hichola had tendered his resignation at the October Stated Meeting, but that it had been nnan:lmoualy rejected and the matter tabled, The motion was m&de and reluctantly seconded and approved.
