So here I have a packet of exhibits.
And the first exhibit is the deed to the property.
and the tax clearance and here we have the notice of refusal so we have four refusals for this
property the first being for the accessory parking is a single family home and there is
currently accessory parking there we are seeking to demolish it and rebuild a single family home
and include that single family will include the parking so that's the first refusal the second is
stating that if it's attached on both sides there should be a setback for the third floor
We are actually not attached on both sides, which I'll show on the photographs.
And the third is for the open area, and the last is for the rear yard.
So here I have the revised proviso plans. Originally, we intended to include a rear deck on the second floor.
We spoke to the community and they requested that we do not include that rear deck, so we've included a proviso to that effect.
and we also agreed that we would include mounted lights as well as security cameras because we
have that alleyway alongside the property and here are the plans as you can see we are not
attached on both sides you can zoom in a little bit for you guys so this is the property currently
there is parking there again we're just seeking to build a single family home and rebuild that
parking space and we do have that nine foot rear yard depth that's requested this is our
application for appeal another copy of the refusal again is for the parking the attachment on both
sides as well as the open area and the rear yard which has been resolved as a result of us getting
rid of that second floor deck zoning map again we are building a single family home it's a single
family area google map showing the location and here are the photographs this is our property
currently as i mentioned prior we are not attached on both sides as you can see there is an alley
