ZBA Hearing - September 21, 2021

uh there are um revised plans that we sent in i believe it's one page um and that reflect

the reduction from six units to three units i'm looking at the proviso so far

number c i believe we can enforce um number five no

number okay uh i i believe and correct me if i'm wrong sharon or someone i think the only

enforceable proviso would be under number letter c under item four i don't see what's above that

number three and then what's one and two could you scroll down rachel uh property was recently

affected residents i think that's it chair i agree um but even that even see it doesn't specify

where the trash enclosure is ms pritzker is that shown on the revised plans a trash enclosure

yeah i believe it is um i have the plans okay in which case it would

simply be revised plans one page yeah it's the trash enclosures at the rear

okay and that's reflected as sharon said in the revised plan correct correct okay any questions

from the board no mr chairman no anyone else to testify in this case

i have the owners on i don't know if the board needs them to swear if you would like to have
