and this is the 7200 block of towards the avenue again just to show that there's a mix of

uh of commercial and residential uses um these are some single family homes uh next to a bus

depot on torsdale avenue and directly across the street uh from that bus depot again uh

and directly across the street from that bus depot, again, a strip of commercial stores

with the check cashing plates having illuminated signage and digital signage.

Also, there's a further gas station with more digital signage at the corner of Toursdown

common which is you know one block north of us uh and also across the street here uh saint hubert's

um has a digital signage um as well um these are just pictures of the community um you know members

of the community the church is very active up in the community and provides um you know food

book bags things of that nature to the community members um this was these pictures were of course

pre-COVID. However, the church would like to remain active in the community once things

animated led signs can be a distraction to drivers in a pedestrian area this applicant has not

demonstrated sufficient hardship regarding the signage requirements of the code. Accordingly,
