Aye. The ayes are 16, the nays are zero. A majority of all members having voted in the affirmative, the bill passes. That completes our Calendar for today. We will now take up the consideration of applications for 12/15/05 - STATED - 2ND READING take-out beer permits under Act 39. As previously announced, Council held an Executive Session to conduct deliberations of these applications. At this time, the Chair recognizes Councilwoman Blackwell.

Thank you, Madam President. I offer three resolutions on your behalf.

Thank you. The Chief Clerk will please read the title of the first resolution.

A resolution accepting the recommendations of the Hearing Examiner and approving, with conditions, the following application for a permit to sell malt and brewed beverages for consumption off premises: New Wave Inc., 2620 East Allegheny Avenue.

And a resolution accepting the Hearing Examiner's recommendation and disapproving the following application for a permit to sell malt and brewed beverages for consumption off premises: Rocks SUI Inc., 5178 Parkside Avenue.

A resolution rejecting the recommendation of the Hearing Examiner and disapproving the following application for a permit to 12/15/05 - STATED - 2ND READING sell malt and brewed beverages for consumption off premises: Buffalo Bill's Charcoal Inc., 3505 Lancaster Avenue.
