The Committee on Streets and Services is reconvened. We have a quorum. To my extreme left is Councilwoman Sanchez; to my immediate left is Councilman Greenlee; to my immediate right is Councilwoman Donna Miller. We will now go into the public meeting for the purpose of calling up bills. Bill No. 100213 is being held at the request of the sponsor. And on Bill 14 No. 100213, it's being held at the request of the sponsor and will be called up at the call of the Chair. Councilman Greenlee.

Thank you Mr. Chair. I move the following bills, 100219, 100221, 100248, 100250, and 100252, be reported out of this committee with a favorable recommendation and that the rules of Council be suspended to allow for first reading at our next 3 5.6.10 STREETS & SERVICES PUBLIC MEETING session of Council. (Motion duly seconded.) COUNCILMAN DiCICCO: It's been properly moved and seconded that the bills that have just been read into the record be reported out of this committee with a favorable recommendation and that the rules of Council be suspended so as to permit first reading at our next session of City Council.
