on the block especially the house next to the lot uh we actually purchased the the lot from

the neighbor next door they they owned it for many years they operated a corner store there

so i would we think that they're pretty excited since they sold it to us that something's going

to be built there um is there any plans like to relocate the mural somewhere in the neighborhood

just out of curiosity.

We're going to talk to the neighbor about that

and if necessary to the Mirror of Arts program

and we'd be happy to accommodate

if that's what the interested parties would want.

The comprehensive plan recommends a change in zoning at this location

from the current CMX2 commercial mixed use to CMX1.

The proposal for ground floor residential use is allowed under the proposed zoning.

The Planning Commission recommends that the Board grant the requested variants for ground floor use.
