Board Secretary Confessor Plaza and Board Members Mr. Thomas Holloman and Mr. James Snell.
Board Administrator Tanya Sunkit and Board Attorney Sharon Saleta are also in attendance.
For those of you who have not yet participated in our virtual hearings,
I'll go through some of the basics of what you can expect. First we'll begin this morning's
session by reading a list of cases to be continued.
If you believe any announced case is being continued in error, we will give you an opportunity
to respond.
After reading the continuance list and receiving any feedback, we will take any additional
continuance and or withdrawal request.
Then once we've confirmed what hearings are being continued, Vice Chair Tenere will begin calling the remaining cases for this session.

When a case is called, we ask that attorneys representing applicants or other interested parties in the matter identify themselves for the record.
We will then hear the appellant's presentation, followed by any presentation by attorneys representing other parties.

at the hearing's conclusion we will either vote the matter immediately or hold it for discussion

we will be administering oaths to individual participants prior to their testimony.

Belfield Neighbors Club, which was the second RCO listed on Atlas. And he said, we can hear the
case, but you have to talk to the council person. I said, I don't know what that means. He said,
well, you got it. So you got to email this guy. So I emailed the councilman's assistant,
never heard back. And I got another call from this reverend. He said, are we going to hear
your your matter is the coordinating rco and then i emailed um everyone at the zba and uh
was told you know got email on friday saying just present present this question on wednesday
and see what the board thinks um so again this was my error i apologize um no problem uh are
you asking for a continuance or you're asking for i i don't know what to do regarding this other rco
who wants to hold the matter uh do do i present do i present to it or you know just a non-
in fairness to you if you if it works for you we'll hear the case and maybe we'll hold
and wait for a letter from the rc give it a week or two for the rco to respond it does work for me
