Thank you, Madam President. I have an amendment. In order to properly calculate a reduction, the legislation has to be amended. The amendment does the following: It accounts for million millage transfers to 18 the School District for clarity; chooses the 19 second half of the year to establish the rates, 20 split subsection, parenthesis, .4 into two parts 21 to delineate the reductions called for in Bill 22 020092 on Bill 030073 and provides for an 23 effective date. 24 I make a motion to amend Bill 030073 25 and for a suspension of the rules to be... 4
