Mr. Cilloni

Frank Morelli from the Streets Department was discussing a proposed bill that was introduced by Obermayer's office, and that described the addition of the right-of-way for the Reed Street sewer project, but it also discussed the vacation of the Dickinson Street right-of-way, which comes through the middle of the site, and it also discussed Tasker Street. I think what he said for both Reed Street and the vacation of Dickinson Street was correct, although he said -- the description in the ordinance sounded correct, but he said the development plan didn't reference the 20-foot addition. 240 4/4/08 - RULES COMMITTEE - 080027, 080028 That is a part of our plan. There's been a lot of versions of the plan that have been circulated through the City, so I think we just to make confirmation that everyone's got the right copy of the plan.

Mr. Primavera

But we believe it's in our plan of development. Maybe Frank hasn't seen the latest plan.

Mr. Cilloni

Absolutely.

Mr. Primavera

All right. Thank you.

Mr. Cilloni

And then on Tasker Street, just to be clear, there was, I guess, in the bill a description of striking that also, which there were subsequent meetings with PennDOT, Streets Department. And that was ongoing, so the version of the bill 21 that he had wasn't exactly coincident with the current plan of development.

Mr. Primavera

And my recollection is from testimony I think of Mr. Green, and maybe it was your 241 4/4/08 - RULES COMMITTEE - 080027, 080028 testimony also under the traffic headline, that those changes were really at the request of the Planning Commission and other City agencies. So the latest version, which is the one the Planning Commission approved, was the one that the City agencies had recommended.

Mr. Primavera

Thank you.

Mr. Cilloni

Are there any questions?

Councilman Dicicco

Just for the record, Madam President.

Council President Verna

The chair recognizes Councilman DiCicco.

Councilman Dicicco

When you say the City agencies had recommended, that's in the prior administration.

Mr. Primavera

That's correct.

Councilman Dicicco

Thank you.

Council President Verna

Are there any other questions from members of the committee? 242 4/4/08 - RULES COMMITTEE - 080027, 080028 (No further questions.)

Council President Verna

Seeing none. Thank you.

Mr. Cilloni

Thank you.

Council President Verna

I believe there are no other witnesses. Do we have anyone else to testify? (No response.)

Council President Verna

Seeing no one, this committee will stand in recess until April the 30th, at 3 p.m., April the 30th, at 3 p.m. Thank you.
