Thank you, Madam Chair. I would respectfully request that this Council and all stand in a moment of silence in memory of Fire Fighter Eric J. Casiano who lost his life this week after fighting a fire and collapsing in the station. He will be laid to rest tomorrow, and I would like a standing moment of silence if possible.
