Thank you, Mr. President. Mr. President, yesterday in The Daily News, there was an article about the Second Street to Front, Cambria and Sommerset. The police captain up their has put up barricades to try to curtail some of the open-air drug activity up there. And The Daily News did an article months ago where they were -- depending which side of this issue you're on -- where they showed everybody in the City and outside the City who want to come here and buy drugs where to go. They actually did a detailed map. Well, yesterday they did a nice article about what was happening there, but they also added a detail map to where they could go buy the drugs now that they were pushed off of Cambria Street. I just have to wonder why a newspaper like Knight-Ridder would make these people's lives that live up there more dangerous than they already are. I mean, half of the people that come -- more than half the people, 90 percent of the people that come here to buy drugs have out-of-state tags. And it just becomes a real hassle for the people that live there. So I just with The Daily News would be more responsible. They could talk about the story; they don't have to put detailed maps. It would just make it a lot easier for the people that live up there. And to my Latino constituency, I would just like to say -- (gives message in Spanish). Angel Ortiz and I understand that. And maybe Jim Kenny does too 'cause he's been studying Spanish. Thank you, Mr. President.
Thank you very much. Are there any other speeches? (No response.)
