The pool filter is in the shed.
That's why I had it rebuilt, because it was starting to age, and I didn't want it to age anymore.
Plus, I'm kind of disabled now, so I needed access from the house in rather than out the back door to the shed.
So that's really why I attached it.

So, Hillary, we need planning where they stand with this?
Yes, Mr. Chair.
this case was previously held for clarification of the use. The use on the refusal was listed as
a single room residence. I did verify with L&I that that is the correct use category because
there are both shared dining and bathing facilities being proposed at the property.
So, with that, I have advised planning that the use on the refusal was confirmed by L&I, and I believe that they are ready to give their recommendation.
Planning Commission.
Good morning, Amy Board with the City Planning Commission.
Please proceed.
The comprehensive plan recommends a change in zoning at this location from residential single-family to residential multifamily.
The zoning for this property dates back to 1971.
Proposed single-room residence would be allowed with a special exemption under the proposed zoning.
The City Planning Commission recommends that the Board grant the proposed use variance for single-room residence.
Thank you.

It is.
Well, good morning, Mr. Chairman and members of the board.
Henry Clinton, on behalf of Daniel Tardeglini.
This is a request to make permanent a temporary use of a coffee shop at Jackson and Colorado
Street in South Philadelphia.
These are my table of contents containing refusal A1 to A10 as they be admitted into
evidence.
This is the refusal. This is an RSA 5 zoning district. And again, the classification is eating and drinking establishment and a sit down restaurant. But it's really a coffee shop and a two family dwelling above.
So we were before the board in 2018, as this note below indicates, and we received a temporary use authorization to use as a coffee shop for five years.
I think the board at that time wanted to see what the reaction would be to the neighborhood.
Prior to this use, it was Lancey's Bakery, which had been in existence from 1955 until probably somewhere in 2010, 2015.
15. So we're here back to the board asking to make this use permit. The use on the first floor
