Madam President, we have a quorum of the Appropriations Committee represented by yourself, Majority Leader Blackwell, Councilman O'Neill, Councilman Ortiz, myself, and Councilwoman Donna Reed Miller. Madam President, we have four Bills to be reported out. Testimony has been taken on all these Bills, so I'll be seeking motions to report these Bills out with a favorable recommendation and a Rules suspension as well.
