interior parking space and the rear part of an existing structure existing single

family household living to remain whereas this proposed use single family household living

requires a minimum of one accessory off-street parking in the rsa2 zoning district and zero

where they had accidentally and one part of the refusal put um two family um where it's

it's single family so i would just we if we grant i would recommend just to provide those saying

existing single family household living to remain it says that in the description but in another

part of the refusal it says um two families for the parking spaces so so what i would just say

existing single family household living used to remain so just to just to clarify okay because

nina solomonic with the planning commission the comprehensive plan recommends no change

the residential single-family rsa2 zoning at this location the proposed dimensional variance

is consistent with neighboring properties the planning commission has no objection to the

word granting the request variance for the front yard setback mi 2025 005-889-834 avon road
