and you're in the parking lot there's no there's no buffer zone um so that's that's there's no stoop
there's no defined area where you come out of your house you just kind of boom in the in the
in the dry aisle so there's a way you can address that yeah there's something that came up at cdr um
And it may not have been reflected on the plans, but the strategy for us to address that, because having curb cuts and sidewalks in so many garages gets difficult, was to change the paving material for five feet in front of those and create a delineation that's clear to provide some additional safety.
doing that with pavers in front so that you know there it's clearly a space you don't want to drive
on but it allows you know we don't have a bunch of curb cuts coming in and out of those garages
and provides that that walkway visually yeah that would be very helpful to define that and that you
would need to define that all the way to where the curb cut occurs to the left so and is the
um green space area that you added at that corner uh is that a fenced area is that going to be
fenced or is that just open space open to uh so right now we have uh trees that kind of tall
trees that are planning to align the space in the rear um we did not propose any fences back along
that area uh but as alan said something we are looking to develop further is how to program that
space whether it's um play sets or swing sets or like gazebo or anything like that um yeah i think
i think i think you'd i think you'd want to probably define it in some way with fencing
only because it bleeds right into the rest of the neighborhood and then you've got sort of
you know heaven knows what can sort of happen in the empty vacant parcel that's at the corner
you know yeah yeah absolutely absolutely i think that's something we can definitely do or consider
yeah um those are pretty much my my comments other questions
questions from our attorney um i just wanted to clarify your witness did not identify his
relationship to the property you just had him indicate his name oh i think at the beginning i
stated. All right, that's fine. Mr. Borovitch, what's your relationship to High Street
Associates, LLC, the owner of the property? Yes, I'm the owner of the company.
Questions or comments from the audience here? No hands at this time, Chair.
The audience here, no questions or comments? Okay. How about the virtual audience? No hands?
no hands at this time chair planning you want to take a position
okay all right um okay so we're going to be closed except for
we're going to be closed except for
um given what the testimony was with regard to your architect do you see yourself revising the
plans again or sticking with the revised plans and just getting an amended refusal i think
i'll defer to mr woodruff but like i would suggest either way i just know i i would think
that we're comfortable with our plans um and the way they are and like i said the only thing we'll
develop the building permit stage is more that area you know in the far right but yeah i would
just say i'll close the record let's wait for the amended refusal so then the board can vote
well i'll i'll talk about that with the chairman but i wouldn't respect for the reply so how about
two weeks yeah that's i was going to suggest the 21st so the records are closed the records close
except for what they're turning then refusal in city planning and in case um in case the um
attorney uh well i was gonna alan alan wants to respond potentially to what uh planning has
right that's right right and we're going to vote at 9 30. all right thank you very much okay thank
you thank you thank you thank you is there anyone in the audience whose case has not been called
no hands at the sign chair well um we're we're we're going to leave on record-breaking note we
have never left here this early, ever.
And I appreciate
everybody, and I appreciate
all the attorneys for working hard, and
see everybody
tomorrow morning.
All right. Take care.
