ZBA Hearing - June 26, 2024

recommends no chain to existing zoning at this location. The applicant's hardship is not supported

with evidence of unique physical circumstances that would prevent it from being used in conformity

with the code dimensional requirements. Therefore, we recommend the request of variance not be granted.

Well, he gets off here.

Hey, thanks, everyone.

Thank you to our new team.

I mean, you guys are all really great to work with,

And we appreciate it. And I even though we had a lot of continuances today and I get concerned about that because then we're just going to pick them up somewhere else down the road.

But I thought we had a couple of interesting cases today and I appreciate everybody's work and get a week off now and relax over the Fourth of July and then come back and ready to go.

But thanks to everybody. I really do it. And I would tell you that our staff, our team, Tanya's group is just great to work with.

And, you know, as you all know, Hillary's just a superstar.

And I call her all times of the day and night.

Last night I called her and I said to her, do you got to camp there?

Because her kids were watching three baseball games at one time.

Screaming and howling and things like that.

So thanks.

Thank you all to everyone.

See you on the 10th, right?
