Everyone has access to the basement. Trash is stored in the basement and brought out by the property management.

And you said that the property is currently is going to is undergoing repairs now or it's slated for repairs?

No, it needs to go under repairs. What he'd like to do is get this if he's able to get his zoning permit and then he would get building permits to renovate.

There's only two or three people in the building currently so we can renovate it.

And is there a rear yard?

It's not much of a space.

I do have a photo of it.

Was there any consider given to

turning this into more of like a group home situation

where there was more shared living facilities?

You know, I think my client is an older gentleman.

And he wanted to legalize what has been in existence and use for since 1991, apparently.

So I think that would be our first avenue.

Of course, that could change.

THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN RECOMMENDS A CHANGE IN ZONING AT THIS LOCATION FROM THE CURRENT

SPPOA SPECIAL PURPOSE PARTS AND OPEN SPACE ACTIVE TO RSA V RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY.

UNDER THE PROPOSED USE, SINGLE FAMILY WOULD BE ALLOWED BY RIGHT AND GROUP LIVING WOULD

BE ALLOWED UNDER SPECIAL EXCEPTION.

THE APPELLENT HAS DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED USE WILL NOT CAUSE DETRIMENTAL IMPACTS BEYOND

WHAT WOULD NORMALLY BE EXPECTED.

the planning commission recommends the board grant the requested variance for single family

and group living uh thank you um burn um we want to take it uh an opportunity to look at this again

not with you we're going to close it um so we're going to vote on this next wednesday at 9 30 a.m

november 4th november 4th yeah november november 4th got this november 4th we're going to take a

look at it and just figure out where we're going to be. And we'll vote right. We'll make sure you
