City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee of the Whole of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at , in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 241032 Resolution authorizing City Council’s Committee of the Whole to hold the public hearings required pursuant to Chapter 17-2300 of The Philadelphia Code (“Public Hearing Prior to Execution of a Labor Agreement Concerning Police Employees Represented by the Fraternal Order of Police”), which Code Chapter requires that the Council hold a hearing in connection with the City’s contract proposal in anticipation of collective bargaining between the City and the Fraternal Order of Police.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee of the Whole, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
