City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on People with Disabilities and Special Needs of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 1:00 PM, in , to hear testimony on the following items: 250753 Resolution authorizing the Committee on People with Disabilities and Special Needs to hold a hearing on the City’s progress preparing to accommodate individuals with disabilities for the historic programming taking place in 2026 in the City of Philadelphia. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on People with Disabilities and Special Needs, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
