This remote hearing may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil. com/watch-city-council/, to hear testimony on the following item: 230654 An Ordinance approving a Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan 2022-2026 and Annual Action Plan 2022-2023 to add $163,204,000 in Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) funding, all under certain terms and conditions.
