City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Special Committee on Kensington of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 241119 Resolution authorizing The Special Committee on Kensington to conduct hearings regarding the year-end report on the Kensington Community Revival Plan (KCR) and its effects on the community. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Special Committee on Kensington, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
