City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Children and Youth of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 2:00 PM, in Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, 2800 West Cheltenham Avenue, to hear testimony on the following item: 230662 Resolution authorizing the Council Committee on Children and Youth to hold public hearings examining the response to human trafficking in the City of Philadelphia. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Children and Youth, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed item.
