City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Joint Committees on Transportation & Public Utilities and The Environment of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 181113 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Transportation & Public Utilities and the Committee on The Environment to conduct hearings regarding how dockless electric scooters could provide an affordable and environmentally friendly transportation option for all Philadelphians.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Joint Committees on Transportation & Public Utilities and The Environment, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
