City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Licenses and Inspections of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 250720 An Ordinance amending Chapter 10-2800 of The Philadelphia Code (“Chapter 10-2800 Vehicular Mobile Service Providers”) to add new prohibitions on where mobile medical service providers may operate and providing for penalties, all under certain terms and conditions. 250805 An Ordinance amending Chapter 9-600 of The Philadelphia Code (entitled “Services and Other Businesses”) to add a new exemption from certain business hour restrictions for pharmacies, all under certain terms and conditions.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Licenses and Inspections, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
