City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Special Committee on Kensington of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 240760 Resolution authorizing The Special Committee on Kensington to convene and explore best practices in substance use disorder outreach and to investigate the effectiveness of current methods used by the City of Philadelphia and its partners. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Special Committee on Kensington, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items. Copies of the foregoing items are available in the Office of the Chief Clerk of the Council, Room 402, City Hall.
