City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Joint Committees on Streets & Services and Transportation & Public Utilities of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 250160 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Streets and Services and the Committee on Transportation and Public Utilities to hold joint hearings examining water main breaks and sinkholes occurring in District 7, evaluating the underlying causes of these issues, and identifying solutions to prevent and mitigate their frequency.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Joint Committees on Streets & Services and Transportation & Public Utilities, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
