This remote hearing may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil. com/watch-city-council/, to hear testimony on the following items: 230328 Resolution authorizing hearings in the Committee on the Environment to evaluate the environmental justice impacts of the City’s waste management practices and potential alternatives to the City’s contract with Covanta Delaware Valley LP.
