City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 11:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following item: 240220 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Red Lion Road, the Montgomery County line, the Bucks County line, and Roosevelt Boulevard. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Rules, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed item.
